Delivery timelines are estimated based on production schedules and logistics conditions. Imperial Tradeline Exim shall not be held liable for delays caused by shipping lines, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Quality & Inspection

All products are processed under strict quality control procedures. Buyers are responsible for conducting any required third-party inspections prior to shipment, if necessary. Claims related to quality must be supported by documented evidence within the agreed timeframe.
